Not sure if it was meant as a joke but…

That is a lens flare which has been plaguing the iPhone 11 onwards. Lens flare is a normal thing for any camera when you shoot into a bright light source but it seems to be more prevalent in iPhone 11 onwards compared to the previous iPhones.
