Oops...
When I saw the thumbnail, I thought they were prawns. I used to be able to get the most delicious prawns locally, and they can't get them any longer. I loved making Jambalaya with them, and find myself missing that dish. I was surprised it became a form of 'comfort food'. Who knew... And with some spicy sausage, YUMM!!!!!
