Thanks. Been doing this for a while nothing serious but have had some irksome moments for sure. As soon as the warning came through we bailed. Had a pretty good idea what was going on, storm motion, radar, road network, escape plan and maybe even luck, but you can't know everything. I seen the rotation before the warning issued. I also try to keep my distance as best I can.

I remember as a kid I'd hear about tornado warnings on TV and have to go into the hallway or basement. Even having my face almost plastered to the window looking out at the nearby field trying to see something before my mom pulled me away.

I guess it's a curiosity, and maybe it helps or useful when I can get images and send out reports. I don't know.
