Just FYI, the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, not the Germans. Yes, I am aware that they were aligned, but that would be like saying the Brits bombed Iraq. So, I suppose that in its current form, your question results in a null answer, but then again...maybe thats what you were going for.
