Out of curiousity, for those who tell that the update from 10.5 to 11" iPad Pro was not worth it, how about the form factor? don't you prefer the newer form factor?

Don't really care. I'm not anti-bezel so I don't find anything wrong with the 10.5's form factor. I think the change in form factor is much more helpful on the 12.9" model.

Besides, I'll get a new form factor eventually with whatever next iPad ticks all my checkboxes. Hoping the next generation iPad Pros support both TouchID and FaceID.

Thank you for yor reply. It is true that the form factor has more physical gains as overall size on 12.9 inch but also on 11 inch people are gaining 0.5 inch of real estate, so I thought that it could have been interesting for some 10.5 “ users.

Me neither i am not an anti bezel, I’d rather have bezels but more powerful machine (in general, I don’t mean for iPad Pro only) or with a better battery, screen or ports if all depended on bezels. Having said that, I’m a big fan of the new iPad Pro design that was presented with the 2018 models, even tho I still own “only” a 2015. :)

I can easily switch between 9.7, 10.2 and 10.5 iPads. The aspect ratio of the 11 is nicer for videos but ultimately, the slightly bigger display wouldn't make much of an impact to me versus going for the 12.9. Maybe if I used multi-window, it might. I just tend to grab the 12.9 when I need to multitask.

Apart from videos, a lot of the content I deal with wouldn't actually look bigger on the 11. They'll just get bigger borders or whitespace.

I have had all those iterations of the iPad/iPad Pro except for the 11". I have recently moved on my 10.5" iPad Pro to a family member and I am sticking with my recent version of 12.9". If I pick up a second iPad it will be the iPad Air as a reading tablet.
