You do know You can get 365 hp in a Lincoln, don't you?

Yup. That would match up for a Late 90s, early 2000 E55 Merc...
With a curb weight of 4100-almost 4500lbs, its still much too heavy for that little hp to flaunt "365 hp".

Nice cars mind you, but I see no reason to think 300hp-400hp in such a heavy package could be considered quick.

0-60 in 5.4 seconds for a 4500 lb car is pretty quick. Anything under 6 seconds should be considered quick. Just ten years ago barely any cars were doing that, let alone 4500 lb luxo-barges. Nobody would expect that car to do 0-60 in 5.4 seconds, so that is a sleeper by definition.

Alas I disagree, and I leave agreeing it is a nice car.

Here's mine at cars and coffee after the wheels were refinished:

I really like your car!! Keep it in good shape, it is a gem! Normally i don't like multi spoke wheels but those BBS are really nice  (if they are BBS? But looks like it to me)
Unfortunately this type of BMW often has become a victim of cheap "tuning" here in germany and has a really bad reputation being driven mostly by young men with migrational background.. But there are still some really nice ones left, glad to see that there is one out there with you =)

I find that it surprises plenty of people with the power and AWD. They pull 0-60 in 5.5 seconds Not as fast as my old WRX, but people don't expect it to be. And they are a chip away from 400 whp and 12 second quarters. If that's not a sleeper, I don't know what is.

An amazing example of a 3 Series M! I have an E46 that I have brought back from an abusive previous owner and appreciate the love you've shown keeping it tasteful. My only external mods are an MTech2 front bumper, smoked lenses and Style 197's.

Correct, BBS RS 262/263, changed the front lips to 1" from the .5". Mirror polished, which even the dust in the air while driving scratches the finish. So I rarely use the wheels :-(

I wish it was an E30 M3. It's just a 332is now ;-)

A car like this will set u back about 20k$ in Denmark (new)

Well, it's not exactly new is it? :D According to Wikipedia your Nissan Micra was produced 1993-2002, so it's at least 12 years old, and probably worth $3k tops, today. Needless to say I don't really see the point of stating the price of ones car, no matter how cheap or expensive it may be. (unless you're asked to, of course).

Did the engine you put in come from a E36?.

Yes, but not the proper S50B32 you have in Europe  Though to be honest, the weight penalty and bias problems associated with the S50B32 is not worth it for tracking the car. I started to buy parts to install an E46 M3 engine, the S54, but again backed out as chassis balance still will not be conducive to my driving style, nor speed at which I carry in the corners.

11 hour exterior detail (also did a three hour interior/trunk/engine bay detail last week). one coat of glaze, two coats of sealant, two coats of wax, jambs and all. two coats of wheel sealant on the wheels, and dressing on all trim/tires.
