Finally been able to get out into the back garden to get some very necessary work done and get the raised beds turned over and seeds sown (root veg, leafy greens etc). Poor health last year stopped me from doing a lot of this; thankfully I seem to be sorted now, so this has been great (although it's murdered me) 😂

Obviously it's forecast to pee it down from tomorrow for the rest of the week now; this is England though haha

One day of Spring sunshine and then back to the wet & gloomy weather...

Don't get used to the blue infusion... Its going grey again 😂

Hopefully you'll get a good glimpse of the Northern lights tonight. Not sure if we'll get them here in Preston
Yep one day of sunshine and blue skies… grey & wet this morning! lol.

The northern lights activity fell off a cliff after being a red alert (whilst still daylight) shame as I was going to head out 📸

snapseed is great when it wants to work lol. I much prefer it over Lighroom lol

I liked using Snapseed too but I've stepped away at the moment as it didn't seem to want to process my RAW files (even though it's been fine in the past!)

This is the only issue where the app doesn’t want to process the RAW images. Not sure what has changed since the last few updates.

Since the introduction of HEIF max format I’ve been using it for 48mp shots.

Hopefully Google give it some TLC and update the app w/some bug fixes - see it hasn't been updated in seven months 🥶.

Will give the .HEIF a go next time.

I decided to go upgrade my old iPhone XS Max, so went to carrier, got the Samsung s24 to try out to see if I like it.. after 8 blasted hours trying to get the darn thing set up etc, took it back the next day.. They didn’t have any iPhone in stock so I went to Best Buy.. Picked up a 512gb titanium blue iPhone 15 pro max, and it took no time to set it up. Took some photos during the week, my son even took a couple photos of my dogs.. I am very pleased with the new iPhone. Here are some photos of my dogs. Will be taking many more photos when the weather warms up more. (its supposed to be spring but its too cold And snow on ground).

I used to use Snapseed, but I haven’t in a long time. Lightroom (for me) is much better. I have purchased and made over 100 presets for editing to speed things up. I’ve made more presets than I’ve purchased, so editing is faster for me on my iPhone. Snapseed always had a lot of color noise in my raw files & there was no way to remove it. Lightroom handles my ProRAW files very well.
