Photos on my 27" 1440p monitor do begin to really look bad at their full resolution, but when resized they do look good.

Really? The iPhone 4 had the first Apple 'wow' camera and it was a massive leap from the 3GS. The 5S was good but not a major improvement on the i5, and the i6 has a very inconsistent snapper which often takes worse photos than the 5/5S in my experience.

I totes disagree. The i6 has the first "wow" camera, in my opinion
