Not positive, but in looking closer at your picture, it looks like he may have an umbilical hernia. Have you had that area checked?

No hernia - but thanks for your post - not sure why on this picture it looks funny - his umbilical area is flat

Edit. They look much better on my phone. Then when I upload them they seem to loose clearness. Why is that
