Can, somebody with a technical knowledge, explain to me, why the pictures from mobile phones, seem to have some strange “leaning on side”? On the picture above, look at the gate, it is leaning left. I have noticed with all my smartphones, it is quite often like this, some buildings or objects, sometimes even people’s heads. Is it something to do with light or AI?

Because wide lenses. Picture is “flat” only in middle of photo. If you want “flat” photos, take pictures with telephoto.

Its distortion from a wide angle lens - everything ’bulges’ a little from a central point.
