Not me.
The phone is still fast.
The battery holds two days with 8-9 soc.
(Don’t game on it or use social media, besides what’s app).
The camera is just outstanding and so are the video recording.
The size is perfect.
Sometimes it gets warm but not hot.

Maybe i’m upgrading to 19 or 20 Pro Max😊

After many hours of deliberation, I am now positive that I really don't like the new pro designs. I've tried, but the more I look at it, the more I dislike it. I think Apple could have done so much better, just in my opinion of course.

So, as I annually prepare to part with my hard earned cash towards Mr Cook & Co, I think, given 120Hz etc, and a slightly bigger size - I'm going to upgrade to the regular iPhone 17. I will of course take a trip to my nearest Apple store in Plymouth (UK) just to confirm my thoughts before purchasing anything - and, I'll know exactly what'll happen. 😁

In my Apple shopping bag will be iPhone 17PM, AWU 3, Airpods 3 and a new Macbook Pro. I know. I damn know it.:p

No decision taken yet. If anti-reflective coating will be offered on the 17 Pro Max, will it just be an option, or will it be mandatory? Anyone who knows? And one more question: Will such a coating result in a somewhat darker screen? If so, I would definitely not choose it.

Unlikely given that it appears to be a relatively minor upgrade and is trending away from my ideal phone i.e. probably heavier, and thicker. Current phone (16 PM) is fine but has some really irritating camera traits when taking pictures in macro or close to subjects as it switches between cameras. But, not enough to spend the better part of $1K on an upgrade. I have no idea what the next generation after the 17 will be like, but would like to see more radical changes to the appearance and construction to make them more robust without a case before I upgrade.

It all depends what Apple announce, if it’s just a small spec bump then no. My iPhone 15 Pro Max is still working great.

😂 That's hilarious, but so true when the new Apple ecosystem shows itself!

Absolutely not. I'll start buying tech again when the tariffs are over and we are in another administration. Don't want to support this nonsense.

Yes, the tariffs are actually happening!

I ordered a $100 tech from Canada and paid for it with free shipping; then UPS notifies me that I owe $182 for customs, duties, tax, and brokerage fees.

First time ever having to pay as an individual (not a business, not an importer)!

It will most likely be mandatory.

As an owner of the S25 Ultra, you absolutely want that coating. Once you have it, owning any phone without it sucks.

Launch month 13PM user here. As usual, will wait and see if the upgrade for me will be worth it. So far, my 13 Pro Max seems to be handling everything just fine. And at present, there isn't enough Apple Intelligence features out there to make me upgrade just for that.

So will wait and see what the 17/17PM has to offer. Less than a month we'll all find out.

I'll probably upgrade. I have a 16 Pro, but I always like to get the new iPhone when it comes out. A little treat for myself that I do annually. I usually keep my old device to play around with the beta's, so I'll trade in my 15 Pro for the 17 Pro and keep the 16 Pro most likley.

If the rumors are right and the Blue looks good, that's probably what I'll go with. I had the blue 12, 13, and 15, and really like blue iPhones.

I have a launch day 15 pro max and will definitely be upgrading to the 17 pro max. My mom is still using my old 11 pro max and wants to upgrade . I am looking forward to upgrading as this seems like a good year to do so with the phone redesign, camera upgrades etc.

I only got my 16 Pro in June, so at this moment I have no plans to upgrade. Probably not worth it unless you really want the new design tweaks and incremental spec upgrades vs 16 Pro series.

Will likely upgrade from my 15P. I did upgrade last year to the 16PM but it was too large, and there wasn't enough difference to keep it so returned it and stuck with the 15P which is still at 100% BH!
