Can people post their week of construction and firmware as I'm curious whether Apple is rolling out new fireware on the m1mba for throttling due to heat as suggested by a few posts.

Apple serial number decoder. Check and decode any Apple serial number to find date and Apple model. For ipad, iphone, homepod, airpods, imac, mac mini, macbook, emac, ipod etc

Since the website is using an algorithm to decode your serial number and extra info, that same website can generate and infinite number of non-fraudulent serial numbers including yours.

first three digits representing the manufacturing location, the following two indicating the year and week of manufacture, the next three digits providing a unique identifier, and the last four digits representing the model number.

Ok, then provide evidence this has happened with MacBookAir and MacBookPro units.

Genuine Apple products have been harvested for scams. That's a reality. Did they come from websites like this? We'll probably never know for sure. But it's not because I don't know with certainty that I'll go ahead and put my serial number on some random website.

That sentence does not mean anything. Pretty much everything has a theoretical possibility. There is a theoretical possibility that someone dies when eating glass. They might die or they might live. Even when evidence might say that the person will live, there is still the theoretical possibility that the person might die. Doesn't mean we should all go ahead and eat glass ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Same thing here. No certainty that the serial number will be used for scams is not a reason to go ahead and give it out when the information that you want can be gathered without putting the unique part of the serial number on some random website.

I keep track of all the Apple Silicon Firmware versions in the link below.

As of know, we know of 4 different firmware versions. The only way that Apple would update the new Apple Silicon Macs is the ones currently on the line right now. They would be updated to 11.0.1 instead of the original build of 11.0. Each macOS Big Sur update would update the firmware version.
