Other plenty stock as of now. Check Apple site in your home country

I just checked the Apple site in my country. (as of Saturday morning)

Plenty of stock, to pick up today in one of the Apple Stores of both XS en XS Max in several colors and storage option.

So might be worth to check the Apple site in your country just after 6AM (Saturday)

everyday (just after) 6AM is usually when current stock of Apple Stores are real time available

Why does the Apple site say, "Unavailable for store pick-up". It only allows me to order for delivery. Maybe, I should go to Apple tomorrow. I decided to hit the gym tonight. My fitness is far more important that an iPhone.

That's why I mentioned to check at 6AM in the morning.
Then the in store pickups options become available
 
That’s my plan, Checking after 6 AM to order for pick up.Will be interesting to see what models are available.
 
Unavailable for pick up on launch day as to keep lines in check. If you preordered you are fine. Otherwise you can get it delivered but by monday i think the stock will be available to pick up in store like normally.

in my country there are still plentiful (as of 10AM) of XS and XS Max in several colors/storages available at multiple Apple Store for pickup today

It’s not that

It’s you keep saying my country instead of Netherlands

I see you keep saying my country

But never the actual country

Thus my comment

Most people would say US or Canada or a state associate with US or wherever country..

6:30am here in Florida USA and Apple site says 'Pickup: Currently unavailable'.
Not that I wanted one, I was just checking for the sake of this thread. Still love my X.

Kind of curious about this too. Normally, Apple reopens the in store pickup option at 6 am if remember correctly. Doesn’t seem to be active right now. Wonder if that’s due to the glitches they had last night or they’re not taking pickups on launch weekend this year.
 
Yeah 7:15 and still nothing. Guess I’ll just head over there at 10:00 am.

Maybe this was their plan all along... get us into the stores during the rush, lol.
 
Good to see the plentiful stock come through. The people whose preorder UPS delivery got pushed to Monday instead of 9/21 should just go to Apple Store.
