Excellent - do the replaced the processor and logic board?

What is the descriptio non the warranty ticket, out of curiousity...

Logic Board, Dual.....................$732

Hardware Repair-Level 2...........$135

In the store, the guy told me they had to replace the processor - which I thought could be done w/o replacing the logic board, but the paper says logic board, so I'm not certain really lol.

Glad to hear it! :)

When I first turned it on, I heard an awful "click click click" that rapidly increased, so I shut it down and opened the case. I found two small wires that were being hit by the top and front-most fan. They are attatched at the top, but hanging loose at the bottom, not being connected.
Hmm even if things are all working you might want to call them anyway and describe those wires to them anywany. It might be connections for a BTO option, but if there's power running through them you don't want a short!

Yeah, that was just the logic board. The processors come with the cooling unit and everything attached.

They told me the same thing until I pressed them and they said that it was just the logic board.

Glad you got your machine back, tho.
