Just to say that I can now use the AR aspect of Pokemon Go after I updated the app.

It still popped up saying my orientation couldn't determine the orientation but I dismissed it as I could see the Pokemon on the screen. Worked since.

I'm still certain the AR won't work properly until either later betas or GM.

Battery saving mode is what I want to work though.

I wonder how much data the game uses.

I saw battery saver on my friends android, and it doesn't actually turn the screen off, just dims it and has a faint Pokémon go logo across it. So I'm wondering how much good it does really

Does anyone know of the public beta has these AR issues? If not I will just download the public one.

I've noticed a difference that I'm almost tempted to drop back to iOS 9.

Not much, been playing since like last friday with 6 hours yesterday alone and i only used 34mb since then.

Good to know. I don't have unlimited data on my 6S plus running iOS 10, but do on a PAYG sim on my 5C and was wanting to go back to a big screen.

Public beta has the issue, as well as dev beta 2. As I've said previously, I'm reckoning that it's going to be resolved when GM releases. Tho fingers crossed public beta 2 sorts it.

Yep, AR definitely works! That was the first time I had actually experienced it with AR as I didn't install Pokemon GO until after installing iOS 10. I know I could probably find the answer to this somewhere but I'm being lazy today. LOL. What exactly does battery saver do?

Nice... will have to give that a go. Battery saver blanks your screen when your phone is held upside down so you can walk about with the app running without using power for the display.

Yep! Beta 3 is running great with Pokemon go. My Snorlax agrees

Did vibration always work when a Pokémon appeared in iOS 10? I just realized that I had vibration turned off for calls and vibration started working in the game after I turned it on. Kinda stupid because I don't want my phone vibrating for every little notification, just for certain things.
