Nope. It's too slow, too annoying to get through the settings menus to initiate, and most of the time I keep iTunes closed on my PC because how big a hog it is, so it's just as much if not more work to do than just plugging the damn thing in. That said, I do not use iCloud, so perhaps it is more practical if one does.

Hopefully they make it more convenient/practical to do in a future iOS update.

No, because my computer is not on when I plug my iPad into the wall. I only charge my iPad at night by my bed. At that time my laptop is in the living room on paperweight mode.

No. After I graduate college and can actually do it, I might try it, but really, USB is faster, more reliable, and also charges it.

I used it for a while.....that is, until it completely messed up my iPhone. It deleted almost all of my apps from my iPhone except for the stock apps and a few random other ones.

I had to do an iCloud restore and resync all of my music/photos back to my iPhone. Fortunately, no data was lost, but it was a big PITA.

I no longer use wifi sync.

I don't see the point of it for my setup, I'd be plugging my iPhone into my laptop anyway, so syncing over wifi just seems rather needless.

Yes, we wirelessly sync all 3 of our iOS devices, so far (knock on wood) there have been no issues. It is a great way to keep my podcast up to date, also is a good way to keep my music files synced. We charge all three every night so it all happens while we sleep.

No. I tried it but as a previous poster mentioned I'm on Windows 7 and it only worked a fraction of the time. I leave iTunes running so I can stream to ATV2 and I would sit down at the computer and there would be many errors that it couldn't reach an iDevice. Initiating a sync from the PC or the iDevice rarely worked so I gave up. I really don't sync much music, but I update apps a lot.

Yes. Works brilliantly. I sync my iPhone and iPad simultaneously. Fast!

Synced a 1.2GB movie I'd burned from DVD via handbrake last night to my iPad, along ith a bunch of updated apps... Didn't even know what room I'd left the thing in. The iDevice can even be locked and sleeping, though it must be unlocked and connected by USB the first time you activate the feature in iTunes.

A marvelous capability.

You still use iTunes to manage podcasts? How 2008. Get the Downcast app.

My workflow for my iPhone has always been to plug it into the Mac desktop at night and let it sync and charge, so that's what I still do. But, for my iPad, I wifi sync it when I lug it in on its own charger.

This is that fear I expressed in an earlier post in this thread as to why I still use the USB cable. It's worked just fine all these years and I see no need to change it for the way I do things. If it isn't broke, I'm not going to fix it.

In fact, I think the cable I am using for syncing, is the original USB cable from the original iPhone I got in early 2008 (after Apple dropped the initial price of the phone).

I use the cable to sync. I have too much trouble with the supposedly more stable cable method to chance it with wifi sync.

With a PC and Windows 7 64-bit, I have nothing but problems with iTunes. It will freeze and crash my (fairly new) computer at random, so when I connect my iPhone or iPad, I hold my breath until the sync process is complete. Sometimes it goes smoothly. Too often, it takes two to three computer restarts to get it done. Talk about PITAs! *growl*

I always do, it's so much nicer than having to plug in my iPhone or iPad when I want to sync it. With WiFi sync, I push a button and it's done. The backup always takes a while but it's not like you can't use the device while it's syncing.
