It continually amazes me how people who clearly don't use their devices on battery are so paranoid about battery heath preservation.

or how they plan their work day around optimising charging, etc.

its a device with a battery, use it on battery if you need to, leave it plugged in if you don't.

the built in macOS battery management these days is totally fine.
 
Now its discharging from 100% - 80% and charging from 80% - 100% at least once a day while being constantly plugged making unnecessary cycles.

This can't be normal behaviour right...?
