The Notebook1's are made of Bamboo, the cases for the iPad 2 were made of a different wood a couple of months ago, I guess it's American Maple now. And as of right now, only Morocco will be avaliable, they are out of Levant until further notice.

Portenzo iPad 2 Case: Now a Smart Cover

The Notebook1's are made of Bamboo, the cases for the iPad 2 were made of a different wood a couple of months ago, I guess it's American Maple now. And as of right now, only Morocco will be avaliable, they are out of Levant until further notice.
An updated picture, I swear, every picture looks like a different shade, this one is the closest to the actual color.
Also, I heard this before but now I see what somebody said earlier, Morocco attracts fingerprints like a magnet, but I'm sure after a while you won't care, I'll be throwing this bad boy in my backpack and taking it around the city

Terrible company
I ordered my case March 25th and still have not received it.
I sent 2 e-mails asking for an update on my order and did not get a response. Finally I filed a complaint through Paypal and they finally responded that my item had shipped a week ago (no e-mails previously stating this fact). So I checked the tracking number they supplied, and the delivery stated is for Ohio rather then Washington. So it's not even my order, or they sent my order to the wrong state, one of the two.
Terrible customer service, terrible follow up, just terrible across the board. I really would not reccomend this company to anyone, no matter how good their product is.

Had I known about this fiasco, I would never have ordered. I agree that the aggravation was not worth it. Had I not personalized it, I would have canceled. In fact, I inquired about that....asking if it had been made or if it had it been personalized. I clearly stayed in my email that if it had not been personalized, I wanted to cancel my order. Still no response (other than an email that I needed to reconfirm my credit card info) which I have also done--- but still no response. Never again!

From the pics, it seems that Portenzo cases' workmanship is much better than those from Treegloo. Owners of both, is that really the case? Thanks!
Yuckkk!!! Thats the ugliest piece of plastic i have seen for ipad's. Its an insult to the community..
Here's my Levant 4/1 order.
I was on my way back to work from home and the FedEx tuck pulled up. I was in a rush so I couldn't run up to get my iPad but I figured I'd take it with me just to check it out.
First of all the quality so far is really nice. No flaws and it just feels and looks awesome. I'm glad I waited and think those of you who are getting a bit impatient will feel the same when you get yours. Later when I get home I'll pop the iPad 2 in and let you know how it fits and works.

Looks great! I'm curious as to why apollo had that new sticker on the spine and got his earlier.
Just noticed the sticker difference. I kind of like the one I have -more of a retro feel to me.
Well I popped the iPad 2 in the case and it fits fine. I thought it would be a tighter fit. Haven't done the will it fall out test yet. I didn't get the strap for a clean look. The magnets work as advertised. If this case wears well then I won't be able to say enough nice things about it.

These Portenzo clowns do not know their left from their right, nor the difference between the sky and the earth.
I send back my case for repair on a quality control issue, peeling edges, and they respond I need to pay for my case a second time.
Must be the result of copy and paste responses to emails, but still they are ridiculous, real bunch of clowns.

Had something like that happen once when I returned a riding jacket to an on-line vendor due to it being the wrong size. Ended up having to pay a second time
because upon further review after an e-mail that sounded much like what you may have gotten I checked my credit card statement to find that the charge had never gone thru or something. Never did figure out what happened, but the only way I was getting that jacket back was to pay for it again Sam.Sadly, it's not even been a week and my lining has wrinkled & began pulling back right over the magnets. I shot an email off this morning to let TP know. Sucks for sure but I might just super glue myself to avoid any more whatnot, I'll wait see their response first.
*Small side note, I ran into a guy who had his iPad 1 with his Portenzo first generation, I thought it looked far far better than mine, the bamboo etc. In all honesty, the more I look at the wood frame the more I feel like the case is overpriced. I love the design, I love the options, etc. - I feel the materials are down a notch from the first generation, could just be me, still glad I have it, hopt to get this resolved one or another.

I did some more shake tests and my ipad comes out really easy and the bottom right corner piece is peeling up on one edge. I sent them an e-mail last night for a replacement so I will let you all know how it goes.
