Anyway, I cannot believe that you took pictures of all the things you took pictures of! Did the people you were with think you were strange, or did they whip out their handicams as well? :confused: :D

they're used to me taking pictures of "odd" stuff. I didn't take many pictures, as I was scared that I would break it. I was shakin' it so hard I was afraid I would break it.. ;):p

also, remember... fine arts school. We all take pics of dumb stuff. :rolleyes:

I agree... after going to five other proms, my own two were no longer 'magical.'

Some of us were lucky to have just one Prom. :) Though my "younger" GF at the time had been to two other Proms.

Strange circumstances for my Prom. The Prom date in the photo posted was one that I had a crush on - and had dated in the past. The gal I was most interested in was a year behind me and my date.

But no where as serious as the "second" being my Prom date. Though they were rivals in the theater group in HS :eek: . It was the "runner-up" that I spent the summer with and my first year at college "courting". She was was the first true love. :)

I went to 7 proms, the first one when I was 13... became expected, and I agree :cool:
 
Can't wait to see people like iGary and leekohler post here:p .
Anyway, no foto from my side, no "proms" here.

Well in Germany there is no such thing as a Prom. Well there is, but there's none of the pressure on having dates etc. as there is in the US.

I understand after my recent visit to Iceland. A different set of values between countries. In Iceland I was told that there is no stigma attached to unwed mothers.
