Been wrestling with this for a while...mostly because i'm a very casual gamer with a significant backlog to play already, my HDTV only supports up to 1080i, AND 2012 looks set to be the year of next-gen consoles so why not wait for that?
But then i realized i likely won't get the chance to buy a 320GB PS3 for £189 ever again...that and i really want to play Uncharted 3.

Do yourself a favor if you haven't, PLAY UNCHARTED 2. Uncharted 2 is a game that should come with the PS3. Uncharted 3 is good, but I played more of the multiplayer.

Books!
I bought the books I wanted for Christmas but didn't get
Although I don't really need a beginner Maya book, these things are usually full of tips and tricks you just can't find using online videos. (I got the Mastering Maya 2012 book for Christmas and am loving it so far!)
Now this I do need help with. Although I never need to do pretty renders since all my stuff goes in to a game engine, I'd like to learn how anyway.

Wow nice my favorite are these two and i am 32 years old. thou they were christmas presents from my mom and dad i am unemployed right now so since they have been helping me we did not got big this year my iphone 4 is the 8gb $99 one

Since I got an Xbox 360, and a 3DS for Christmas, I needed some games for them. So here is all I got at Best Buy today.
Just bought the Xbox 360 slim today for 99$, It's time to replace my 2007 Xbox 360 pro model...I still love it though

So, whilst I won't have any pictures for as it'll take me a while build it's still my most recent purchase.
Bought a 12 string guitar neck, 12 tuner pegs, 12 string bridge/tailpiece and 12 strings
Got a Les Paul that the frets warped and buckled over time whilst I was away, going to turn it into a 12 string, because you know, 12 strings are awesome ...and it's FAR cheaper to just mod an existing guitar than buy a new one.

took friggin forever to arrange all the toys and get the lighting decent but... pretty happy with the end result, all the new purchases look at home finally hahaha

If anybody's wondering, I bougt the Zune because it's was cheaper (I also like savingz de money), and I won't need more than 30GB of storage (compared to the 80GB of storage in an iPod classic 6th gen that I was contemplating).
