A PlushMat, same one that is used in Whole Foods markets for a standing setup.

For your kitchen? I've been pricing these out and trying to decide how I'd like to set things up. I have three general areas I spend a fair amount of time in and I think I may do an L shape (in front of sink, next to, stove, next to that). They're pricey but I do know they're fully worth it.

Asus DirectCU HD6870. I got it, but the PCI-E power cables aren't here yet. note that there's a bottom heat-sink that you have to take off to install in a Mac Pro like mine - I don't recommend it and I'm not sure if I'll keep it. I'll test it when the PCI-E cables come in.

A rare Yamaha U70 receiver/DAC unit.

I still need to order new screens (Or screen if I get a 27" one) and then the transition from iMac to Mac Pro is about complete. Until I want to go to octo-core that is.

Heres mine. A rare, late 70's Celestron C60, 60mm Refractor. Optics and mount made by Vixen, make this a rare and collectable jewel.

A little scratched up after 30 years, the last 10 in a box, I picked it up yesterday off Craigslist for $50.00. Ive had 2 offers over $400 already, but this one is a keeper!

I'd love that if I lived in a big city. I'd be a peeping tom for sure.

Really nice equipment there! Jamo makes great speakers for the price and you have one powerhouse of a receiver there as well.

Thanks pal! Those speakers I got are actually Jamo's entry level. But you're absolutely right! The price was incredibly cheap but the sound is really amazing.

When I move to a bigger apartment I'm going to get better speakers for the Onkyo and I know they're going to be Jamo.

They are worth it and I've tried similar ones from Amazon which are crap and cost the same. Kitchen and desk area.

More Skylanders. I was pleasantly surprised to find some in Tesco on today's food shopping trip considering everywhere is generally sold out. Still haven't got an Air one, so we can't do those bits yet, but my boy's very happy with the new characters.

And a Lego set for my daughter. It would appear there's been quite some controversy regarding Lego's new Friends line, but it's more a case of people with too much time on their hands and no life. As far as my little girl is concerned they're the best thing in the world. Ever.

Saw that in the setups thread. Cool desk.

Picked up Scarpad's macbook air 13.3" for just $800. Great deal I think! It's a late 2010 in like new condition with apple care until 10/2013. 2.13 C2D, 4gb, 256gb. Core 2 but that is just enough. Going to really miss keyboard backlight though.

Also got my usual protection pack - wrapsol, moshi palmguard, moshi trackguard, moshi clearguard.

Yeah, it's a nice desk! I wasn't sure especially because of the height of the lower piece it seemed very small but it is ergonomic!

Congratz on MacBook Air!

Just bought a pair of portable headphones

Sennheiser PX100 Portable Headphones. My second pair as my first pair had the wires sucked up by my vacuum cleaner :(.

In my opinion these may be the best portable headphones around.

Finally I have arrived.....
Montblanc Solitaire Silver Barley & Aurora 88 Italic

I just got the MB Solitaire Silver Barley and Aurora 88 Italic.

Silver Barley: made with sterling silver with a 18 K nib. Mother of pearl Montblanc snow flake at the top of the cap. A small diamond on the clip.

88 Italic: A great writer with an interesting nib.

And save up for a bigger and better sub as well. There is nothing better than having your apartment wall shake when playing video games or watching Saving Private Ryan on blu-ray :D

Picked up a 16gb bundle off ebay. Os 2.0 will breathe some much needed life into these with android app support and I wanted to try something new to hold me over till iPad 3.
