I wouldn't exactly call her an "actress", since that show is an unscripted "reality" show, but I hear what you're saying. There's a lot of those famous for nothing people out there - kardashians, Paris Hilton, etc. They're really famous for nothing more than rich and/or famous parents/ancestors.

We're talking celebrities here, not accomplished actors/actresses. Celebrities nowadays include being famous for nothing, so kardashian, montag, paris and the others are acceptable contributions I think.
