A thought just popped in my mind.
There are some fine pics in this thread. However, I would imagine some of them don't look near as well without all the make up, associated props, air brushing, etc.

I trust the more candid shots of these women at film premieres and stuff. You can see that they're not as flawless as they are in the magazine shots. Saying that, you'd probably think they're gorgeous anyway.
In fact, some of the people you're not attracted to on TV may look attractive in reality. Your standards drop to realistic levels once you turn your head away from the television.
What we need is some "bed hair" shots, but that is unlikely to happen.

I prefer a classic beauty, unfussy with class/style. no offense intended to the lady of course, she's just not not my style, too obvious if you know what I mean .
It's a shame these girls tend to stand pigeon-toed. They look so awkward and gawky when they do - no grace.

Yep, it's a pose to make sure the rest of the body is positioned correctly for the camera I guess, surely some pro photographers on here could explain further ?
Well I'm not exactly a pro but I would think it's to make the waist up features look more prominent and show off the figure of the model. Since the feet aren't shown in a waist up shot the positioning/look of the feet aren't as important.
