After getting my monies worth out of the Late 2008 MBP, it was time to replace it with a refurbished MBP 2.8/512/16.
Haven't been this stoked over a "thing" in a long while...
2014 Honda VFR800f Interceptor - Brand new

I've dreamed of a VFR since I started riding in '03. I've had an '03 SV650S, an '01 Honda Shadow 750 Spirit, but I feel this is the bike I've always wanted. Take delivery on Friday and the weather for the long weekend here in Montreal has lined up perfectly.

I placed the order three (3) weeks ago, with no ETA - at all.

Oh those good old days that purchasing an Apple product was a pleasant experience.
Nowadays Apple seems to have lost it completely, making it's loyal customers stand in line or enter a waiting list for every single iPhone that sees the light of day. Gee wizz - cars are produced faster, people.
Oh well, I'm too old now to switch - otherwise I wouldn't doubt for a split second, walk into the first store on my way and come out smiling with a brandnew-latest-model Samsung smartphone.

New Gazebo and curtains for it. Galvanized steel roof, hoping this one last longer than the last cheap one we got. 12' x 16' size and will secure with some decent concrete anchors!
Making some upgrades around the house. New thermostat, new bed set, and a new faucet and soap dispenser (tile counter tops being replaced with granite next week along with a new "under mount" sink - hence the new sink hardware)
A Dyson AM07 Air Multiplier Cool Tower Fan, Black. Summer is coming up in California, and this year I will be ready.
Parts for my new PC build. Can't come soon enough. Can't wait to build.

Some lovely stuff: Is that beside locker and headboard made from walnut wood (which I love)? Gorgeous.
