I think this is my ideal lock screen, only change I would make is to keep the "slide to unlock". Hmmm decisions decisions.

no it doesn't i just downloaded it and it only does the icon not the status bar????????
go into the main settings app, at the bottom there will be a settings pane for weathericon, within those settings select the options you would like to change, including statusbar icons

I have downloaded the following 4 things from Cydia... 5 Icon Dock, Glass Orb, Glass Orb Extras (Dock & Battery), and BlueBird...
How do I get the Bluebird Icons with the Glass Orb Doc as shown...
I've tried rearranging the order in winterboard, but I either get BlueBird Icons over the Glass Orb Dock, or half Glass Orb Icons and BlueBird Icons, Or just full on Glass Orb theme...

Do you find the font to be too small? I tried the same size icons, but that font was the deciding factor to find something else....
Not really because I primarily use the icons to recognize what I'm looking for. I can always make the font bigger or change it to verdana in the plist to make it a little heavier.

Yep. Just change where it says VarLocale="Some weird location" to where you live

For this, I downloaded the necessary themes from Cydia. Then, there's some SSHing involved. Go into /Library/Themes, find the Bluebird theme, drag it from whatever app you're using to SSH onto your desktop (I used Transmit as my SSHing app). Now, rename it to something like Custom. Next, open the Glass Orb theme and drag Dock.png onto your desktop. Now, open the Icons folder inside the Glass Orb theme. Find the five icons that are present in the Glass Orb dock and, yes, drag those onto your desktop. Now, put those icons and the dock image into the Custom theme folder (it may ask if you want to replace files, select YES). Then make sure the five Glass Orb icons are in the Icons folder in your Custom theme - this is important or they wont work. Now simply drag the Custom folder into the SSH app where it shows the list of all the themes already on your iPhone. It should copy it - open WinterBoard on your iPhone and apply the Custom theme.
Sounds daunting and I think I may have made it sound too complicated, but that's how I did it
