Use the link that he posted and use the modded icons found Here and about that lag your talking about, I don't experience any at all, it's just like any other theme
Edit: Here are more modded icons for iNav

Again, if you're pretty minimal with your phone, you probably won't experience significant lag. If, however, you run a ton of MobileSubstrate based apps and don't already use Categories, you will notice a significant memory usage, and this has been confirmed by quite a few of the iNav users in that modmyi forum, whom also backed up their claims with tests using MemTool, SysInfoPlus, and SBSettings memory watcher. There is an undeniable amount of memory being hogged by using iNav but again, you won't notice it if you don't have a ton of MobileSubstrate apps installed and if you had previously been using Categories already, as Categories has a known memory leak (which the creator, BigBoss, has stated he has not gone around to fixing yet).

My stuff.... just a mix of a bunch of different stuff

What is this theme and where to download it?

This theme is a modification of the original theme called iNav, and can be found at modmyi.com But it really isnt good. Yes it looks gorgeous but it really is not functional at all.

The mini icons/labels on the left side are not functional. They are just a picture, and each app is on a different page (giant icon). So you have to constantly be flicking through 9 pages to get to the apps you want.

Nice to look at but not practical IMO
