Note the background is actually a pano of NYC. :)

I altered the base to include mail, messages, and phone on the home - I missed the badge updates.

Sounds like you are new to this? You might not have the clock icon in your theme or it might not be named correctly. you would have to ssh into your phone, go to theme and look in the icons folder to see if you have a whitoken icon for clock and if its named right (case sensitive). If u mean the clock on the lockscreen then you would need to install "lockscreen clock hide" from the modmyi repo. for new emails you would need to download lock info and set up your notifications.

Yep, definitely new to this. I downloaded "lockscreen clock hide" and that took care of that issue. Thanks. For now I'm not going to bother with "lock info" since it's a pay app. Does anyone know of other free ones like that? I don't require all that functionality, mainly just looking for mail.

I'm a little surprised there is no custom icon for stocks and maps in the whitoken theme (they just are the Apple default for me anyway). Is there a convenient way to get different icons for things, specifically ones that would match the whitoken theme?

Thanks!

Well I am still getting the hang of this, but it's been fun.

Tweaked the Buff2 theme a bit, used some different icons, and a different font.
It's funny, I had no idea that jailbreaking would add all the things I wanted that I saw coming out in the droid phones (Like the lockinfo and personalization).

Lockinfo is not a paid app if you go for the Gruppled Lockinfo winterboard theme.

Some whitoken icons can be found here although I'm not sure I got my whitoken Maps icon from the site:

I'm really going to have to get in on this Whitoken action...I've seen some pretty amazing stuff here.

It says it's a 14 day free trial then you have to pay $4.99. Not a huge deal. Also, I didn't see the Maps icon at that link, but there's a bunch of good stuff there, thanks for the tip.

Took the Del_Macw4 theme and edited the icons to fit what I needed. Still needs work. Need to figure out how to fix the weather (I don't live in Loveland) and I would like to get rid of the AT&T text to better balance the status bar. Also need to fix the bottom icons as there are gaps in them, anyone know what I would do to fix them? Will also need to figure out what to do with Stanza, LOL.

For the weather, you'll need to SSH into the theme and find the config.js, open it in your text editor and change the zipcode or city/state line, whichever it uses. Save and you're set.

For the AT&T text, you can use MakeItMine from the ModMyi repository.

Not sure what you mean with the bottom icons. For Stanza you could always Poof! it and use Spotbright to open it.

I had tried that to fix the weather and it messed up. I'll have to try it again, I may have edited teh wrong lines or something.

The problem I have with stanza is that I use it a lot. I'm thinking about putting it into SBSettings' dock so I can get at it quickly.

And with the bottom icons, the problem is that you can see the gap but with the top ones you cannot. I've also realized that the bars/backgrounds on the icons don't go completely to the end of the screen. It's really noticable on wallpapers that aren't dark.

Also, MakeItMe didn't work. I was able to change the text, but not able to make it blank.

Does anyone by chance know what's up with my status bar? On the homescreen it looks fine, but when I go into other folders I get that.

Looks like your theme changed the status bar to be transparent. You can select the solid status bar option in Winterboard (if you're using it).

As for the Make It Mine thing, could you maybe put just a space? Not sure if that'll work. If not maybe just a period so it's almost blank?

All Lockscreen themes thru Winterboard including Gruppled require Lock Screen Info extension to run.

So after 14 days or whatever the free trial is, you will have to pay for it.

For all that it does, $4.99 is well worth it.

Right, I totally forgot you have to pay for the basic app to allow all the other tweaks. My bad.

@jmconway how did u achieve the passcode theme?
jailbreak3.jpg

It's not a theme or hack, you actually don't even have to have your phone jailbroken to do it. It's done through a file that my friend e-mailed me. You just open the attachment from your phone then you can install it and you'll get the full-keyboard passcode option.

Can you post the file please? :)
