I have a $15 Sony Vaio case that I got on Ebay. I'm almost positive it's fake, but it's worked perfectly for 2.5 years, so I can't complain.

Probably it is. it doesn't look sony-ish. Sony doesn't sell laptop sleeves AFAIK.
