They're just trying to make it more user friendly. System report is still there for power users.

Thus more friendly by taking away Software Update from this pristine original window in the new. From what Lion brings there are still some things I'm not liking ... maybe its the change and I'm old when it comes to Mac's??

I have this feeling that Bertrand Serlet did not have a hand in this OS development; but more as an advisor.

OH.My.GoD!

insane machine man - whats it for and hows it run!?

Haha thanks!

I'm going to be using it for photography post processing, encoding my movie collection with Handbrake and gaming mostly :)

It runs fantastic, I have a 3 SSD RAID 0 in there as well so everything is super quick, it was encoding a movie at 310 FPS vs. my Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro at 45 FPS :D

Hahaha, just a little bit! And but of course, got the RAM for under $500 :3

i think a MR name change is in order, ;)

My work horses, the ibook not pictured.

The dual 533 I just cannot get ride of. I got that mac almost 7 years ago and I still love it, as of late after acquiring the G5 it is my server, file storage and email machine.
