Yeah it's Jelly Bean running stock on my Galaxy Nexus. I had flashed it to the 4.1 update from Google I/O but received the 4.1.1 update on Saturday.

The clock is HD widgets, 2x1 clock; no background, white text and the second clock font.

Yep, thats an app. But you need to be one of the donators in their kickstarter project, which i think ended.

Also, to take screen shots on your phone, it really depends. It usually is the power button + home combo but some other phone requires root, or cant do it at all(usually 2.3)
