I have:
iPhone 13 Pro Max - For phone things. Goes everywhere with me - does calls, texts, music, podcasts, snapping pictures etc.
MacBook Air M1 - My main machine for general computing on the go or around the house. Mainly web browsing and watching YouTube, but I also do some retro game emulation. Sometimes do work on here if I'm WFH but at my partner's house (or otherwise not at home or in the office).
Mac mini M1 - For general computing at home, especially times when I want to take advantage of two larger screens. Sometimes I feel more productive / comfortable at a desk so I might choose to use it over the MacBook even though they're essentially the same computer. As such, it's used predominantly for WFH work at the moment, but has also been used for web browsing, photo editing, and light gaming.
iPad Pro 11" - My digital canvas that I use for drawing & Illustration, mainly at home. I sometimes use it as an external monitor for my MacBook also. It gets used for web browsing etc. if I'm taking a short break from drawing, or if I've finished drawing for the day but my MacBook isn't in reach.
iPad mini 6 - For drawing on the go, such as on the commute to work, and web browsing if I'm staying somewhere overnight (for example) and don't want to lug the MacBook around. I might also take it into training courses for note taking (only done this once so far, but I enjoyed the experience so will do it again in future).
Apple Watch Series 7 - For fitness tracking (more like tracking how unfit I am these days), notifications, and... telling the time
AirPods Pro 2 - Listening to music / podcasts when I'm out and about
AirPods Max - Listening to music / podcasts at home. Also use it for work calls when I'm working from home.
Apple TV HD - When I'm on my own, I usually watch video content on my MacBook Air, but if I have guests around and we're all watching something together, the Apple TV HD steps up. I don't have a 4k TV so the HD model has served me well for over 5 years now.
HomePod Mini(s) - I have two in the living room, that sometimes get used in tandem with my ATV and soundbar for bigger sound. A pair in the kitchen for when I'm cooking and want to listen to something. A pair in the bedroom that typically play ambient sounds for helping me sleep. One on the landing outside the bathroom door. Used when getting ready to go out / in the shower etc.
To be fair my Apple ecosystem is excessive, however I have a real justification for owning all of them. I don't just have them for the sake of having them. Granted, they don't get used equally, but each has their own strength and although there is overlap - some tasks are just much better done on an iPad (drawing, note taking) or a Mac (web browsing, photo editing, retro gaming)
