Seeing as there are posts about ar pics, maybe you guys could show off your bikes...

Here's my custom Yamaha YZF R1. Saw a pic on the net and decided to copy the custom job.

Let's see your bikes people... (and if it's within forum rules, maybe some babes next to/on them) :D:D:D

I don't own either but I want one or the other.
1st one is the BMW K 1200 R Sport in Cosmic Blue and the second one is the Honda CBR 600RR in Silver but I may want black instead.

Posted before, but here's my Kawasaki. Not as fast or neat as your bikes, but then I'm getting too old for all that knee-down stuff :D

I'd loves me a 600RR, have you seen the newer color schemes for 2008? Wow is all I can say.

My favorite, the classic red and black.

I actually quite like the 600 Fireblade in red trim.

But, here's one I'd love to ride...

Dude, I've got a freaking 916! Have you heard of it? :D

To each their own, some people like their big slow noisy heavy bikes, other people like high tech, performance machines. If liking plastic rockets makes me lame in the eyes of a Harley owner, so be it :)

My dad rides an 05 Honda ST1300 ABS, that's about the biggest bike I'd ever want, and it's far from big compared to a HD

dude, i had a ninja 10-r before and believe me, the harley is way better ;)

i dont need to drive fast anymore, not with all those stupid people on the us - streets.. and the pavement is to bad to ride fast anyway...

so i lean back in my nice leather seat and cruz ;)

Dude, I had a harley once and I thought it was cool at the time, just like I once thought windows 3.1 was cool! I know better now!

I take your point about the fools and needing to take it a bit easier, though. That's why the Duke is in semi-retirement and I ride a Bonneville now.

However, you were talking about sound and there is nothing on this planet that sounds as cool as a big 4-valve Ducati with Termis coming on song! By comparison, a harley sounds like an aging wart-hog with terminal flatulence. I seem to remember that mine used to handle like one, too!

Ha, when I saw "Post your bike pics" I thought of my bicycle. I see psuedobrit thought that same. ;)

Here's my baby. She's not meant to have breaks but I leave them for those "just in case" situations.

I ride it for pleasure but I want to race...badly.

Racing's a lot of fun, 'specially where I ride (Manchester Velodrome - fastest track in the world :D). Have you done any race technique practise? If not, I highly suggest you try some Italian pursuiting as maybe first or second man to build up some stamina and speed. I should probably mention that I'm a pursuitist hence, pursuit is the best race in my opinion.

The great thing about pursuit is when you've built up enough stamina you can easily transfer it over to things like points races and kierans.

All good stuff really. :)

EDIT: I may as well post the bike I'm saving up for as I sold my little Cannondale number a couple of weeks ago. It's a LOOK Track 496 full-carbon frame, forks and seat stay mounted on a pair of Campagnolo high profiles (Ghibli rear, Bora front).

Whole set-up comes to a whopping £4,000.

Jacked into the net...
Just ordered yesterday at my local pro shop. :D

I can't wait for it to arrive. It reminds me of my old Specialized M2 that I destroyed falling off a cliff. Ned Overend must have frowned at my noobiness back in the day.

Definatly the Honda the black on black theme with the new 08 graphics really sets it off
