Polish sandwiches (sort of), potato chips and, for dessert, strawberry cupcake. Not shown: iced tea.

For lunch, made a panini consisting of prosciutto, capicola, provolone, chèvre, arugula, red onion, and tomato on sourdough. With tomato soup and bengali spice chai.

Tonight's dinner continued with the Korean theme. Beef burger seared in sweet soy sauce and garlic. Topped with onion cilantro relish, shredded lettuce in Korean sesame vinaigrette, kimchi, pickled daikon, and a Korean-style salsa roja mayo. Asian-style green beans on the side.
The kimchi overpowered the other flavors on the front, but they came through on the finish.

For the chicken, It was bag marinated with powdered ginger, fennel, cumin, cinnamon. Before cooking, 3 varieties of chillies and dried fine chopped parsley was added.

Parsley and chili crusted Wagyu on cheddar and home made loaf, topped with Jalepeno, home made spiced chili, served with home made potato wedges and celery and tomato salad with garlic and dill dressing.

supposedly, there is another place on Lake called Slaw Dogs. i've never been, but the people who took me to dog haus recommend it also.
I also recommend Penang Cafe on Rupert/22nd avenue for anyone living in Vancouver seeking this dish.
