^^ Love pulled pork!

For lunch, made a panini consisting of prosciutto, capicola, provolone, chèvre, arugula, red onion, and tomato on sourdough. With tomato soup and bengali spice chai.

Pan seared spiced chicken on a bed of salad with balsamic dressing

Looks yummy; what spices did you use on the chicken?

Tonight's dinner continued with the Korean theme. Beef burger seared in sweet soy sauce and garlic. Topped with onion cilantro relish, shredded lettuce in Korean sesame vinaigrette, kimchi, pickled daikon, and a Korean-style salsa roja mayo. Asian-style green beans on the side.

The kimchi overpowered the other flavors on the front, but they came through on the finish.

Your food always looks great!

For the chicken, It was bag marinated with powdered ginger, fennel, cumin, cinnamon. Before cooking, 3 varieties of chillies and dried fine chopped parsley was added.

Scrumptious!

^^Great job on the sushi and burger!

Tonight, had kalbi with onion, scallion, and garlic on a leaf of lettuce with kimchi and rice topped with salted squid.
