Wow, a lot of interesting foods here. Some made me hungry, others made me lose that appetite...

I am thinking about making pancakes, will post some pictures if I can remember.

Tonight's dinner

fillet steaks cooked in garlic and a rosemary marinade with chilli and garlic vegetables and glass of Shiraz Cabernet. poured the garlic meat juices over everything afterwards mmmmm…

and yeh thats two steaks… i was hungry!

Resurrecting an old topic (not that old)..

Late lunch / early dinner. It came out so well I took a pic.. Tomato & Onion Panini with fresh spinach (and a pinch of parmesan, basil, thyme, white wine all simmered down, garlic, etc...)

Toasted bread with a little garlic and olive oil, tomato, mozzarella cheese and oregano.

Have you tried to roast the bread in a pan with olive oil instead of just poring over the bread? It's really good! And my special, have some parma ham under the tomatoes and mozzarella. Just how I like it!

A very nice pizza (quite big, actually) with fresh tomatoes, cream and corn. Couldn't eat the whole thing, was too big :rolleyes:
