Post your Christmas presents 2013 Edition

Best thing I got was my Acer 23" HD monitor. I also got a set of Logitech z313 speakers, it's a 2.1 system. Fits nicely with my size restrictions. Other than those things, I caught Newegg's sale yesterday, and bought myself a 500GB SSHD for $50 with my Christmas/Craigslist selling money. Have another part of Christmas with my other set of grandparents on Sunday, hopefully they found an office chair in their budget, if not, whatever they got me is a surprise.

One of my favourite gifts this year....A new target pistol! Going to setup some targets later so that I can set the laser sight up properly!

Overall it was a great Christmas. I was able to give some really good gifts that my family was really excited about. I am really looking forward to next Christmas, my son will be nine months old at that point.

What happened to your wall?

I used to have my tv wall mounted on that wall but had to move everything around when I got a new bed. I've patched the holes just haven't had the time to sand it and then paint over it, that's all.

My brother got me a Nespresso U with Aeroccino Plus. Been hitting it pretty hard, but I'll have to regulate myself more soon as ~$75 of Nespresso capsules won't look too good in my monthly budget.

My mom got me an AeroGarden 7 for growing (food-related ) herbs indoors. Since I do a lot of cooking, it'll really come in handy! It even came with a variety of herb-growing pods for basil, thai basil, dill, cilantro, parsley, mint, and chives.

And my dad gave me monies.

I got a lot of little things, but these are my two favorite things.

A Fitbit Force



And two (this is one of them) custom engraved key rings. I love this style of key rings. On BMWs the whole key fob goes into a slot on the dash for ignition, and I am constantly taking the fob off the key ring to start the car. So these key rings are so great.



I also got a Gravity movie poster and various other little things.

Well this year the Wife and I decided we needed to save some money and skip on buying gifts because her car died (cylinder head) and we are paying for my education at BSU out of pocket. Well someone must have heard we are down to one car and low on cash this year.
Woke up this morning to find a gift wrapped on the front step out side, brought it inside to find someone had left us a special gift !
I still cant believe what was inside...and the person/family that left us the gift decided to stay anonymous.

My mother is a huge Coach fan. (the Fiancé' already has 3 purses now too.) She decided that since I did not have any items from Coach, and that I am preparing to go back to school in the Fall, or Spring at the latest, that I needed a new backpack. I do love it. My 13" MBP in an Incase soft case fits perfectly in its laptop compartment, and there is plenty of room for any books/ipad, odds and ends in it.
