Upgraded last week from "up to 3mbps". So yeah, still not the crazy speeds some of you guys have posted but my Netflix movies are a lot more cooperative!

switching to Fios was one of the best decisions I ever made. I was getting a <1mbps connection during peak times with cablevision.

Haven't checked my speeds in a long time so decided to see what I'm getting. Pleasantly surprised with the improved results. Had been getting around 21mb down. Hmmm, maybe things are quiet on the cable right now. Seeing the results with Verizon FIOS I'd switch in a heartbeat but can't get it here.:(

Not bad for $0.63 per Mbps...
you rocking QWEST DSL???

I've always found them to be terrible out here in CO compared to broadband, but I've also never gotten your speeds either. What part of CO are you in.

Was visiting my parents down in Pueblo over the weekend, and they have qwest with their DirecTV package, and this is what their speeds look like....

Pathetic, haha

qwest is much cheaper, but can't justify saving money if those are the types of speeds you get.

This is my speed with 3 Mobile Broadband -

My speed with Vodafone, at the same location is slightly better :)

Judging from "Thank you Dorm Network guys" he is obviously on a university network.

i got that part but he crossed out the isp... cuz i would try them as i am looking for a faster speed than my current provider is offering me.

The ISP probably would have just said what his college was, so he didn't want people to know what college he went to. College/Universities are trying out a new sort of Internet connection that is far faster than us average consumers can get, IIRC.
