ok i know there will be jokes!! i dont care! lol on a slow night i figured....they need a ring!!! other than a couple pics of my family. i havent added much yet.

Dude I love that RING! You also must've busted a gut when you first saw Spiderman 1 .... "Oh yeah! I got you for 3 minutes of pitty time!" . And you probably still once in a while (after looking over your shoulder), playing with the WWF figures say "Randy Machooo Man Saavage!" ;)

Ah the memories & the bruises of imitations or moves.

Ah, you rolled the "green" up for the meeting. Nice touch.

Wouldn't want the underlings to trample on that.

And a corner office?? Who did you have to kill for that???? :p

HEY!!! Where the hell is the Mac???

My MBA & MBP sit kind of where they always do.

I get the corner office 'cause I signed the lease as well as all the stupid checks.;)

OK, fair enough. I finally spotted the MBP. Still no MBA though, that I can see. Perhaps in your briefcase??

Also see a nice Bose radio on your credenza.

Company asset??

The Air is spooning w. my MBP.;) I guess it's so thin you can't see it?

It's all company assets except golf eqpt. and personal pictures.:D It's good to be king...

I think its a cozy setup and when I restore my desk to its previous splendor, I'll be as happy as a pig in s**t.

Ah, I finally summoned up the energy to zoom on my iMac.

NOW I see the Air on the Pro. Dirty little computers.

As to being King, we seem to have a problem in that area right now with Stephen Harper.

Won't touch that Harper thingy. NC MacGuy tries to stay out of MR political discussions. They gets ugly way too fast if you know what I mean.;)

I'm king in my own little kingdom. Matter of fact, I think I'll go golfing tomorrow - yeah, that's the ticket, golf. Company paid golf membership too. Practice some chipping outside my office, some putting inside and a 1pm tee time sounds ideal... Only problem is I'll have to dig up a client so I can write off beers and lunch too...:D

No I gots lots of view. I do like the big board idea but it's presently in the conference room.;)

Meeting is over - time for a cocktail and a smoke:

ive got to say after watching Curb Your Enthusiasm your office is a lot like Lar's and Jeff's i.e. big, comfy leather chairs, board desk, almost californian looking outside, golfer.

i still dont get why you have an Air on top of your MBP. is it elevating the Air, do you even use the MBP?

i dont have an office as im a Uni student living at home. i posted my desk in the setups thread a while ago.

I have leather for guests and swapped my too opulent leather chair with my assistants nice cloth chair. It sounded like I was having wicked flatulence wearing shorts and moving on the leather... Leather isn't as comfortable as the cloth one for my taste anyway.

I always have two laptops. One primary and the other a fully loaded backup - just in case. Goes back to an old Lombard I dropped and corrupted the disk a few years ago. Lost oodles of data.. Had a MB HDD die too not so long ago and the MBP filled in nicely. Now if my Air bites it, I pick up the MBP and don't miss a beat. I usually hand down the computer I like least to an employee when something new comes along. Keeps me from feeling stale.;)

Somewhat expensive Time Machine, but if the company pays, what the hell. ;)

If the Air bites it like my last MB did and has to go back for repair, I can just pickup the MBP and business as usual. It's also nice if I pop into office without having to carry the MBA with me all the time.

Time Machine is fine for data backup but I need a real machine all the time and sometimes travel quite a bit. I do use the MBP if giving a powerpoint presentation. The extra screen real estate makes a big difference.

I'm sorry guys, I think I win...Doesn't get much better, nice plane, beautiful copilot, great day for flying. That plane and a Beechcraft TravelAir will be my office for the next 6 months of training, kinda excited for it.
