First: Did you send an application to Jony Ive's new software team, yet. Your work is great.
Second: How did you do it?
I am still on Snow Leopard, too. But I would also like to do some changes UI wise. Your folders, the dock and also the traffic lights meets my design sense.

Also, what is this little cup?

Haha, thanks.

Base theme is SnowTunes, which includes the iLeopard traffic lights shown. Dock is my mod of another dock I can't remember the name of any more. Here it is with the icons in iContainer format. These are my menu bar icons. The triangle Apple logo in the menu bar is my personal mod. The coffee cup icon is Caffeine, a wonderful little app for stopping my Mac from going to sleep.

Same on my Mini at home.

My iMac at work has these - my sweet little angel! She's already 8 1/2 months old... growing so fast! Of course, I rarely see it - two email programs, iMessage, Safari, my Teacher console for Lanschool... all I typically see of my wallpaper is the tiny bits beside the dock on each side.
