Absolutely. They also only carry Tasers into jobs where they feel it could be needed. Usually the presence of a Taser is enough to get someone to co-operate when talking fails.Wait a second, did you say unarmed ??????????

It's amazing how being verbal with people can get most situations resolved instead of pointing a gun at them.
