It took me a while but all the apps I used were basically:
- Nocturne (free)
- Adobe photoshop
- Geektool (free)
- Dateline

+ I adjusted the Icons of the apps and the appearance of my dock

That's cool. I'm not fluent in any of those though. Now if only they made an App to do those things in a a few clicks. That would be awesome.
