I posted the original up above, but here's a quick and dirty dark version. There's a grey and a green version in the original wallpapers from the early OS X versions.
This is what the desktop of a senior citizen looks like. Clownfish is my favorite wallpaper ever and I always use it.
I use the Mac the same way as I did in the 1980s. Hard disk icon and lots of files on the desktop. The way I’ve always done things. Of course I cleaned it up before I took the screenshot. You should see what it looked like before.
Another dead giveaway that I’m a senior citizen is the 1080p resolution. I refuse to wear reading glasses so I need everything to be big.

I am using Ice Menu Bar app
Find the Menu bar appearance in Ice then, scroll down you will see Menu bar shape there is a shape kind dropdown, select split.
then play around with dark and light appearance tint,shadow,border to fine tune. (there are set to none for I).
The in macOS Setting app under Menu Bar, turn on Show Menu Bar background, this is important.
