You just move everything to another page. Pretty simple.

I've tried that. It always seems to keep one row at the top. Maybe I'll try again later. Did you do it on your phone or on your Mac in iTunes?

Just move all the icons to the next page over and make sure the blank page is the first page it's pretty easy can be done on the iPad iPhone itself.
