Nice Desktop picture, I love nightmare before Christmas! For the icons you could have a look at iconfactory, they have a lot of free theme-based icon sets

Yeah, I know. I'm a fan, though, of having icons that are similar to the original. If someone over there came up with a halloween themed set similar to the iPhone theme they've got, that'd be great, IMO!

The time can be done with geek tools. Not sure if that is what is used.

For the song & cover art, it's an app called Bowtie.

Thank you for the BowTie link ! I use Geek Tools right now, but I just wanted to see if there was an application that did it and made it look more professionally.
