I like darker docks since they pretty much blend on every wallpaper.

That is one BIG dock man! But it's got me thinking, I have about 8 inches (4 either side) and there are some things I go looking for..

Hmmm.

Clean look for me. I like the black on the left that slowly transitions to a bit of color with safari and skype. Overall, tidy look.

There are apps that do that, and there are terminal codes that also do it. Just google it. I don't know the name of the app.

enter this command in terminal :

defaults write com.apple.dock persistent-apps -array-add '{tile-data={}; tile-type="spacer-tile";}'

then :

killall Dock

Since I recently switched from Flurry to Eqo, I decided to post my updated Dock:

Finder,Dashboard, Mail, Preview, Google Chrome, iPhoto, Stickies, Growly Notes, Word, System Prefs, CandyBar, GraphicConverter, VLC, iTunes, PhotoBooth, Intaglio, [separator] Applications, Documents, Downloads. (I didn't include the Trash as the icon for some reason didn't work right)
