Reflector. Allows you to airplay anything from ipad 3/4 or iphone 4s/5 onto the mac wirelessly the same way it would display to an appletv. convenient for recording stuff with screenflow on the fly from your ipad/iphone.

I like it. Is it better than sparrow not really. I'd say if you like what you have and most sparrow users do, there is no compelling reason to change.
