no, nemesis of Mr. Bean. There's a car (three-wheeler) that toodles around town where I work. It's the dumbest lookin' thing I've ever seen on the road. I can't imagine the price of a fourth wheel outweighs the decreased safety level. At least put the two wheels in the front.
