I'm sure you know this already, but my god... that is an amazing guitar! What amp do you play it through?

:D:D Thanks very much. Actually I'm not playing it through an amp right now. Using Guitar Rig II through Logic or Garageband, then through headphones.

I actually visited an old guitarist buddy of mine last month and played though his brother's amp - and old tube Mesa Boogie amp. It sounded pretty good through that.

Also using Guitar Amp Pro in Logic she sounds good too. The only settings I use are a little overdrive and some eq. The 78 was an odd beast in that they only made a limited run of 335's with a coil tap installed.

I love that guitar. I've had my old Precision bass for 22 years, I'll probably have the 335 just as long.

On The Interweb Thingy!
I've currently got three at the moment. The electric is a Squier Fender Stratocaster, the solid acoustic is a Crafter GA-8 and the electric acoustic is a Keiper WGN178N.

I really want a 12 string now...but the wife says we don't have room....so I've applied for planning permission to add a new floor to the house! :p

Here are before and after pictures of my bass. The company is Phantom (never heard of em) and suprisingly the guitar is not cheaply made, it actually has some quality to it.

Its amazing what a little wood glue and rubber bands can do.

The logo is home made, a mix between fender and jackson, there is not point to the logo, other than to show how close the two fonts are.

I have this one and a cheaper Ibanez.

The LP copy is an Agile AL3000 with solid mahogany body, 3/4 (or 1/2) inch maple cap, from Rondo Music in NJ

I have a 15W Vox as well but I use my line6 toneport ux2 mostly and just play with headphones so I'm not bothering everyone.

if you want cheap but quality Takamine makes a good guitar or Ibanez can be good as well

When you move though you can start looking at the Taylor's and Yairi's

I completely forgot about Gibson they are some of the best guitars but they are going to cost you a pretty penny (or whatever currency you use) however you could go for an Epiphone which is Gibson's "budget friendly" brand
