Does the bumper protect the back at all? I know it doesn't cover it but does it keep the back off whatever it's resting on.

Iv'e got too many cases as of now. Very hard to choose. Currently, for protection I use the Case-mate Tough.

But I also kinda like these :D

Had a look at it and it's just what I wanted.

However, I'm wondering if the flash issue is there. Thanks!

Oh yeah big time, you cannot use flash with these cases.
That's annoying.

I still think I'll be going for it though. Just for the protection aspect. If I'm forking out that much money on a phone, I don't want it cracking or anything. Saying that, I don't think I've ever dropped any phone I've ever had. But that's besides the point :p Better safe than sorry!

Thanks a lot for posting that though. Wouldn't have seen it otherwise and finding a case so far has been a horrible experience (especially living in the UK!). Probably the worst shopping experience I've had (even more so than buying a sound receiver :p).

You know what, for the price it's still worth it, especially for someone who doesn't use flash very often like me.

I highly doubt I'll be using the flash much either.

Glad all this case business is behind me now anyway haha. Hoping to get my phone tomorrow and will order the case tomorrow too so I'll go caseless for a day or two.

I think I'll be getting either the Pixelskin HD or Incase Snap smoke from the free case program. In the iPhone Pixelskin HD thread it is said Apple are now sending out the revised/better versions of the case.

Hey SchneiderMan, what perforated cases are those? I'm using the eBay knockoffs right now, but was wondering what those were.

[Edit] Never mind, just saw the link on your website. Unfortunately the eBay cases, while more expensive, provide free shipping, while DefaultCase charges me over $20 for shipping. I honestly can't tell the difference between these and the eBay ones besides the number and size of holes. They're shipped in the same crappy plastic wrap and are probably made in the same factory somewhere in Asia.

If you get killed on shipping charges, my advice is to just order them from eBay. They're $2.50 each there, but with free shipping.

I agree, they are just nice quality eBay cases that came in the typical cheap eBayish clear plastic.
