I go every two years as of late ☺️ didn’t do the 15 series. I have had silver phones since the X. But I had 11 pm 12pm 14 pm and now 16 pm 😂
Yea you did that cos of :apple: intelligence right? Same here I got 15 Pro after being on an iPhone XR white for a year, the red iPhone 7 for 5 years and the iPhone 5s for 4 years.

No, actually I don’t give it too much mind to the Apple Intelligence. You go a lot longer between iPhones it seems. I really just wanted it for the processor and the type C and the camera upgrades supposedly. lol my 14 Pro Max battery was kind of crap especially compared to my husband’s phone. But, in hindsight there are times where I just wish I had just changed the battery on my 14 Pro Max.

I’m in the same boat. I usually upgrade only when I can’t install the latest iOS compatible with my iPhone.

This time, I did it a lot earlier because of Apple’s intelligence and the new camera and MagSafe. I upgraded to the 15 Pro earlier in the holiday season when I was on Christmas break. Many predictions for iOS 19 assume that the iPhone 11 series and all 2018 iPhones like the iPhone XS and iPhone XR won’t get updates after this year. It’s been about 5-6 years since they were released.

For Apple Watches, I don’t upgrade them unless they get really worn out. I’m on my second watch, the gold stainless steel Apple Watch Series 6. I got it last spring and had to go back a generation to get the blood oxygen feature. My space grey Apple Watch Series 1 lasted a good 7 years. I had to upgrade last spring because the battery couldn’t hold up and died very quickly. I had to charge it overnight and 4-5 times a day, and the screen separated in half.

How many Apple Watches do you have?
