Although I love the SB widget I'm thinking about removing it. It seems like a little overkill having weather on LS, SB and status. What do you all think?

I think it works everywhere but on the home screen.

I was wondering if your unlock slider was something in Cydia? I've been looking for one exactly like it.

No, it's a slider I got from one of LEXS' widgets. Sorry I don't remember which exact one, I downloaded so many from this thread lol they might be able to tell you which widget it came with though.

I decided to take the SB widget off. I like it better without, allows me to see more of the wallpaper and I love the clean look of just one row of icons and the dock. I think I'll be leaving my phone setup like this for a while.

Edit: Found it, it's part of Simplicity lockscreen, but I cannot figure out how to get just the slider out of that theme..

i tried that mate ..no luck ... i wish it was simple enuff to change the carrier logo at least ..:(

Any one knows of a step by step guide as to how to change the carrier logo (the carrier is not supported by iPhone) ...or a youtube video that may be helps ?:confused:

Not sure which phone model you have but you might want to check out post #134 here.

Since you're on an unsupported network, MakeItMine is probably going to be the easiest way for you to change your carrier logo. If you're on an iPhone 4, MakeItMine doesn't work on that so you'll need to look into FakeOperator? I think that's the name of it. Hope this helps.

MakeItMine works on my iphone 4 on 4.1 i can change the carrier or the time to whatever, havnt had any problems yet

i just installed makeitmine.... copied the two files in /System/Library/Carrier Bundles/Unknown.bundle ...then when i start Makeitmine and enter the text and hit the carrier nothing hapens ????

do i need to enter the text and then hit respring or hit the respring first ?

You know maybe your FSO an Default files aren't labeled correctly so that's why it's not working. Unless you don't want to restore your phone I wouldn't be messing around with your iPhone root files if you dont know what your doing. The method I told you to do is the safest and if that didn't work the it's one of 2 things: 1) the com.apple folder and or FSO/Default png files aren't labeled correctly or 2) your phone/network carrier isn't supported.
 
Did Apple change Bundle Identifiers or icon names on iOS 4.2.1?

Can't get Photos, Camera and Weather to theme, suggestions?
 
How would I go about removing the grey header bar in the weather plugin for LockInfo? Would like to make it transparent to blend in and look nicer (but still keeping the text/icons in it)

Hey guys,

Im using "fiftyfootshadowsHD" as my theme...but unfortunately it doesnt have a lockscreen with it :(
Basically, I am searching for a minimalistic lockscreen that focuses on the background, with showing the day/time (weather is ok too, if it is minimal).

Any advice on what to pick would be much appreciated :)

Also, Im looking for a good car (retina) wallpaper. Im using a Red MB SLS AMG as my wallpaper right now....but if anyone has a wallpaper of a Porsche 911 Turbo, that'd be amazing :DDDDDD

Could you link to where I could find that lockscreen? I couldnt find any "Breeze HD LS" :(
Also, are the icons part of the theme you're using? If not, what theme are they from?

yo tiz do those rings in the wallpaper actually move like the new clock on dbar? or is that just wallpaper?

that is hella sick yo when u coming back breh i miss your lockscreens =[

I resized the date a little on the LS and moved the day quote to the left.

I'm really sorry I can't give an exact link. I know the LS theme is called breeze HD. It was originally for the iPad I think. I spent all weekend going through this thread, I downloaded it from here so I know for sure it's on this topic, just can't give an exact page. So sorry =(

The homescreen icons are from fiftyfootshadows by storyr. I'm also using grey&black UI from cydia for the UI, grey HD from cydia for the autocreate icons in folders. I'm going for a dark gray/black/white look so I also grabbed the white iPod LS controls from glasklart HD, glasklart SBSettings theme and black retina badge from cydia. I think other than transparent status bar, transparent dock, lockinfo white text, black status bar and clock hide that's pretty much all the packages I'm using. Now that I wrote it all it seems like a LOT lol
